Watch Dogs: Legion Online also introduces Leader of the Pack, the first four player tactical operation which requires teamwork and efficiency. It consists of five interconnected missions, curated for players seeking a challenge. Players will need to strategize and communicate effectively with teammates and ensure they’ve upgraded gadgets and recruited a strong cast of characters.
It also brings the first available player vs. player (PvP) mode, the Spiderbot Arena. In this mode, four players control armed spiderbots and compete in a free-for-all deathmatch.
Those who purchase the season pass will have access to two additional single player missions. The first is Guardian Protocol, in which players track an algorithm that could allow AI to override human decisions. If unchecked, it could be used to weaponize drones into autonomous executioners. The second is Not in Our Name, where a secret group is stealing DedSec's name and information for their employer to use to blackmail victims.
Completing any online activity will reward players with XP to increase their rank and unlock various rewards, such as exclusive cosmetics, and influence points to recruit new operatives or upgrade gadgets.
